To allow the sales process to run as smoothly as possible, the sales team is supported by our back office department. This department supervises the process once your tyres have been purchased. They can inform you of the status of your order or delivery.
In addition, the back office staff will gladly help you with a return application, any tyres you may want to submit a claim for or in case of a back order. You can also contact this department to change your client details and if you require a pro forma invoice. If the salesperson is absent, the back office is your permanent back-up.
For your convenience, the department staff speaks several languages, allowing you to communicate in your own language as much as possible.
We have integrated the functions of our webshop and our customer portal. The portal provides all the information related to our customer’s account. In this way, the portal helps to keep track of (daily) businesses.
