To supervise the entire process regarding the delivery of your tyres in the best possible manner, we have a special customer service department.
The customer service department is mainly involved in the following matters, related to DPD shipments:
- Mediation between the logistics service providers (GLS, DPD) and the client, if any delivery-related issues occur;
- Processing of returns;
- Questions about orders, product information and parcel numbers (track & trace);
- Additional financial information;
- All other questions relating to parcel deliveries.
